PrepAiro IB is a free, AI-powered study companion designed for International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP) students. The Service provides study notes, practice questions, AI tutoring, and homework help at no cost.

PrepAiro IB is entirely free. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. All features are available to all registered users without charge.

PrepAiro IB is intended for IB MYP students. If you are under the age of 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the Service. By using PrepAiro IB, you represent that you have obtained any necessary consent from a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
• Notify us promptly at support@prepairo.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All registered users have access to the full PrepAiro IB experience, including:

• AI Tutor — ask questions, get Socratic guidance, and work through problems step by step.
• Study Notes — structured, curriculum-aligned notes for IB MYP subjects.
• Practice Questions — criterion-referenced questions with detailed explanations.
• Homework Help — AI-assisted support for understanding and completing assignments.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PrepAiro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes.

This licence does not include the right to sublicence, transfer, or resell access to any part of the Service. PrepAiro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Licence, sell, rent, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or any part of it.
• Modify, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or labels within the Service.
• Copy, duplicate, scrape, or redistribute PrepAiro’s content, including study notes, question banks, and AI-generated content.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
• Share account credentials or access with other individuals.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

All content within the PrepAiro IB Service — including but not limited to study notes, question banks, AI responses, design, and software — is the property of PrepAiro or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

PrepAiro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

PrepAiro IB provides educational content, study materials, and AI-powered tools to support IB MYP learning. We do not guarantee specific grades, scores, or academic outcomes. The effectiveness of the platform depends on individual effort, study consistency, and prior knowledge. AI-generated content, assessments, and feedback are intended as study aids and should not be taken as definitive indicators of real examination or assessment performance.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information. Given that our users may include minors, we take additional care to limit data collection to what is necessary to provide the Service.

You (or your parent or guardian) have the right to request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data. To request account deletion and removal of associated data, visit ib.prepairo.ai/account-deletion or contact us at support@prepairo.ai.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. PrepAiro operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
